As we continue to grow, we are looking for a reliable and friendly Client Care Coordinator who can support the day-to-day operations and help create a smooth and welcoming experience for both clients and clinicians.

​

This is a remote part-time role. While most tasks can be completed remotely, you must be based in Toronto and available to come meet with Semona when needed.

​

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client bookings, scheduling, and cancellations through Jane App

• Respond to emails, inquiries, and phone calls in a timely and professional manner

• Support clients with forms and general onboarding

• Assist with billing and payment processing

• Communicate with clinicians regarding schedule updates and client needs

• Maintain organization of administrative systems and workflows

• Support the Clinical Director and therapists with day-to-day operational tasks

Required Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work independently

• High attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills

• You care about neurodiversity-affirming practices 

• Proficiency in Outlook, Zoom, Canva, and Jane App
